* Setup and Management of Calibration Systems: Authoring Calibration Program and Out-of-Tolerance Reporting Documents.
* Auditing of Calibration and Maintenance Programs: Auditing to Industry Standards ISO-17025, NCSL-RP6, and Internal Policies and Procedures.
* Authoring of Calibration, Maintenance and Automation Specific Procedures (SOPs): Authoring of individual instrument, instrument system or equipment calibration, maintenance, or automation SOPs.
* Automation Project Management: From design phase to construction phase to startup/commissioning and qualification phase of projects.
* Control System Design: Assist Client with overall design and instrumentation selection, or subcontract for a design engineering firm to assist in design deliverables.
* Review and Markup of P&IDs or other Automation Related Drawings: Red-line drawings and forward to be As-Built
* Review of Automation Specifications: Provide 3rd party review and recommendation on Automation Specifications and other Engineering deliverables.
* Instrumentation Selection/Specification: Work with Engineering firm to produce Instrument List/Data Sheets for project needs.
* User Requirement Specifications: Work with Client site to author these documents for development and qualification needs.
* Commissioning/Qualification of Automated Systems: Author I/Q, OQ, documents for testing of Automated systems. Supply support for execution of Qualification Documents.
* Staff Augmentation: Provide staffing for project needs. Man in the plant.
* Automation Bid Package Comparison: Assist in comparison of bids to result in vendor selection.
* Authoring of Automation RFP: Authoring of Request for proposals for automation projects by interviewing stakeholders to make sure their needs are met.
* Automation System Troubleshooting: 3rd party assist in troubleshooting instrumentation and controls issues.
* Supply Full Automation Solutions: Relationships with many Automation Integration Firms allow us to provide full automation solutions to meet your needs.
